Through previous experience in working for Local Authorities and National Road Design Offices, ekce has been involved in the preparation of a number of CPO schemes. Such schemes include the N25 Waterford Bypass, the Waterford Outer Ring Road and the N11 Glen of the Downs Road Schemes.

ekce can provide advice to landowners affected by CPO orders. Acting as a liaision between the affected landowner and the local authority ekce will interpret drawings, attend meetings, advise on accommodation works and submit alternative proposals for consideration on behalf of the landowner.
